Custom Products

  • Custom-designed and printed items are non-refundable once production has started

  • Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind after design approval

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

  • We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate
